Intro to Pilates: In this session, a new student will be introduced to the principles of Pilates and to the basic elements of a Pilates workout. This session will include the principles of breathing and an introduction to all body positions. Beginner Pilates: This session builds on the Intro session with more exercises, more sequences and smooth
er transitions between the exercises. This session will help the student develop increased flexibility, back extension and core strength which is required to get thru the intermediate class. The use of Thera bands and exercise balls will be introduced during this session for variety of exercises. Intermediate: This session is designed for the student that has already had experience with Matt Pilates or has had Pilates equipment classes*. The intermediate workout starts off with pre-Pilates exercises for a warm up then adds more abdominals and back extension exercises into the program. The session has a rapid tempo making the transitions smooth and efficient to get as many intermediate level exercises in to continue challenging your flexibility and core strength. The use of Thera bands and exercise balls will be used for variety in this class. Intermediate Plus: This session is designed for the student that has already had experience with Matt Pilates or has had Pilates equipment classes*. This session is an Intermediate class but has the addition of some Advanced classical Pilates moves such as inversions like Roll-overs and Jackknife. Advanced: Permission from a Pilates instructor required to attend this class*. This session builds on all the exercise done in Intermediate plus, but the percentage of Advanced exercises exceeds Intermediate exercises. This class will include inversions and challenging core exercises. This class is not recommended for clients that have osteoporosis, low back or neck injuries.

Stretch/ Flex: This is a low impact stretching class. Stretching is a very important part of Fitness. In most cases Flexibility can be regained and Range of Motion can increase. Stretching is one of the most ignored part of Fitness. Yoga; Beginner/ and Advanced. It helps increase Mind/ Body and Spirit. Through Flexibility / Balance. It helps you know where your body is at every given moment
