It's almost time for OKTOBERFEST! 🍺🍷 This Saturday 12noon - 7pm at the Erickson Center front lawn. Grab a friend, come out and listen to live music all day long while you kick back and enjoy your favorite beer or wine. 🍻 Are you the best yodeler you know? Maybe your superpower is holding a beer stein longer than anyone else? Perhaps co****le is your game. There's a co****le tournament starting at 1pm! We have activities for the kids, too. Last year, I finally got to take a picture of the local Phenomenon called "Orehenge"! ( It happens twice a year where the sun hits the center perfectly)!

This year, we've had nothing but clouds. But I took a lot of photos last year so I figured I'd share more from that day🌞
This structure held the rail cars that dumped the iro ore into the big boats. No longer in service, we still have a working one by Presque Isle park. Hope your weekend was good!!
