Shad Campbell LC, ies, the owner of AIA, has over 20 years of experience in the architectural lighting industry. Shad has a degree in theatrical lighting and moved to Las Vegas in to ply his craft. But things were tough, so he took some work with an electrical distributor. After a few high profile designs for some of the casinos in town, a manufacturer in Los Angeles offered him a job.
