Unit 011 - CHILL OUT: This charming 4BR gulf view beach house provides an exceptional vacation experience. Great location on the Gulf side of Bienville Blvd. (on the wide part of the west end) and close to island conveniences. Artistic décor with tasteful use of color throughout the house, you'll love the open and spacious floor plan and large back deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. There are four bedrooms and two full baths situated between the bedrooms on either side of the house and a convenient 1/2 bath off the living area. Each bedroom has its own private vanity/sink area. The master bedroom boasts a king sized bed and flat screen television. Bedroom 2 has a queen and twin, bedroom 3 has a queen and the fourth has a full bed and a twin bunk bed. All bedrooms have flat screened televisions. Washer/ Dryer. Home sleeps 11 guests. Fully-stocked kitchen, breakfast bar with stools, spacious dining area, and kitchen area. Wi-fi included and we are pet-friendly. Area below house offers plenty of covered parking, a grill, an outdoor hot/cold enclosed shower and a fish cleaning station. Easy walk to the beach out the front or back door - only steps away. Come enjoy laid back Dauphin Island, fishing, bike riding, the bird sanctuary and all of the things that make this little island paradise so special. You will not be disappointed!
