Lovely Martin D-28 S in for some TLC. Installing another Baggs unit. This time the Anthem system. It's in need of a few things other than that, but what an outstanding instrument to work with! This guitar is such a cool piece!!! Aiming at a happy guitar and a happy customer.

This Lil Hummingbird Pro is getting a new L. R. Baggs system installed. Of all the systems I've put in guitars, Baggs seems to be requested a lot. This one I suggested because it will sound great and is a direct replacement for the burned out system that is in the guitar.

I'm SO SO thankful for all of you wonderful customers who waited while I was feeling poopy for a while.... followed immediately by a season of having cataract surgery on both eyes!!!! I hate putting you guys off, but life happens. Anyways... after feeling better and getting my really good vision back, well, I went out and got me a new fancy eatin' tray to celebrate!!! Sometimes you've got to come up with creative ways to glue frets in over the neck-to-body transition.... at least for the way I often install frets. Ideas like this lead to other creative ways and means. S'wut I do.

Nothing new here. Just applying heat to frets while pulling them out. The heat helps prevent fingerboard chipping & loosens any glue the last fret installer might have used.

Fret level/crowning/polish #467'298.... or something like that. My first fret work was in... somewhere around 1987. It never gets old for me. It only gets better. I like that.
