With 5 bedrooms: 3 US Kings; 1 twin ; 1 room with 2 sets of bunks for the under 10's, our home will accommodate up to 8 adults/older children and up to 4 under 10’s. We also have pack ‘n’ play for a baby in addition to a highchair and stroller.
The home and community are surrounded by peaceful ponds, lakes and conservation areas. It really is a lovely place to spend some quality time relaxing after a busy day at the parks / shopping. Or just enjoying the location itself, especially as you are lazing around the SPECTACULAR South-facing pool and spa with it's covered lanai offering a little bit of shade, and that natural lake view.
The resort has additional facilities which our guests can use free of charge, these include beach volleyball, zero entry pool, spa, fitness center, cyber cafe, snooker and numerous game tables.
Other local amenities include Golf and Country club with restaurant less than 3 minutes, Publix supermarket is very local being just 4 minutes away; Walmart 12 minutes, Posner Park 12 minutes, US27 and highway192 are 12-15 minutes. Disney World Drive 20 minutes. All these timings are subject to traffic conditions.
