We are a small, family owned, property maintenance business. We provide maintenance and repairs for home, business, vacation, and rental properties.

We are a local, family owned property maintenance business. We take pride in our workmanship and quality services, and our lasting client relationships. Our most popular services include window washing, light fixture cleaning, house washing, concrete surface cleaning, painting, gutter cleaning and whitening, lawn care, landscaping, tile work, and many more handyman repairs. We also work with realtors and home sellers preparing homes for the market.

Westein Property Maintenance has a full time/part time/summer help position on our window cleaning and exterior maintenance team. The majority of the work will be related to residential and commercial window cleaning. Additional tasks would include, but not limited to, gutter cleaning and pressure washing of homes, buildings, patios, and driveways. Experience is preferred, but if you have ambition and a good attitude we are willing to train. Regardless of experience level, all candidates must:
*Make customer satisfaction their highest priority
*Attention to detail
*Communicate clearly with customers and team members
*Have a valid drivers license
*Be comfortable working on extension ladders up to two stories
*Be able to lift and carry 50-60 lbs, sometimes overhead while
loading and unloading ladders

Entry level pay starts at $15 per hour and can go up based upon experience. Incentives are also available based on work ethic and performance. Because weather can sometimes dictate our ability to work, full time hours range from 32-40 hours per week.

Westein Property Maintenance is seeking to employ a full time window cleaner and home maintenance provider. In addition to window cleaning we provide pressure washing and gutter cleaning. Experience is great but we are happy to train people with ambition and a positive attitude. The majority of our work is residential so strong customer relations skills are necessary. Hours can range from 32-40 hours per week and is currently seasonal from April 1 to Dec 1. (This may be expanding in the near future). Flexible scheduling available to work within family commitments.

Qualifications

Westein Property Maintenance is seeking to employ a full time window cleaner. Hours can range from 32-40 hours per week and is currently seasonal from April 1 to Dec 1. (This may be expanding in the near future.) In addition to cleaning glass we also ask that you are able to clean screens, frames, and sills. Majority of the work is residential so experience with a variety of windows is helpful as it pertains to disassemble and reassemble of storms and screens. Gutter cleaning is also expected on a limited basis.

Westein Property Maintenance is seeking to employ a full time or part time home maintenance, repair, and remodel associate. This position entails all aspects of home maintenance and repair as it relates to residential properties. Ideal candidates will have a wide variety of skill sets that will not only allow them to diagnose the problem but also implement the solution. In addition to the common maintenance and repair tasks, light remodeling projects are also a possibility. If you are a skilled carpenter or have any experience with property maintenance and repairs we would love to talk to you.

Common tasks would be:

Painting, luxury vinyl plank flooring install, tile work, window and door install, basic plumbing and electrical repairs, basic carpentry, drywall repair, assembly work, finish trim, building shelves, hanging pictures, etc.

For part time employees this is a very flexible position that can work within your availability and skillset. Ideal for retired and semi-retired people.

Westein Property Maintenance is seeking to employ a full time 30-40 hour per week and a part time 20-30 hour per week, yard care and landscape team member. This position entails lawn mowing and yard care. You may also be the point of contact at the site with the customer. You would perform and/or oversee spring cleanups, lawn cuts, and fall cleanups, along with small landscape projects. This position also requires physical labor with the most common tasks being lawn mowing and trimming.

Secondary tasks involve shoveling, wheelbarrowing, spreading landscape mulch and stone, assisting with shrub planting, weeding, plant trimming, leaf cleanup, fall tree wrapping, and winter snow removal.
