Coryrose double checked the distance to the beach for me, this is from the front door to waters edge! Time may be a little off, she was walking Stanley who had to stop many times along the way and double the walk time!

Wow, Our little getaway is getting all booked up for the summer!! July is all booked along with the week of August 11. I am fielding some requests for the remaining weeks. Been so fun to hear everyone's comments and feedback. We do have off season availability too!!
