Our name, SUBMITTALSONLY.COM, says it all. Submittals and only submittals. Nothing else. We set out to fix something that has long been broken. We are excited to pioneer the Submittal revolution for the construction industry. At SUBMITTALSONLY.COM we believe that working harder and longer isn’t always the best answer to every problem. Getting the job done well and doing it smarter and faster makes
sense. Our commitment to this philosophy is what drives our company to do submittals the right way. Keep it simple. Make it easy and do it efficiently. KEEP IT SIMPLE. It’s all in the details. A great project manager lives in the details. But details don’t have to mean complex and chaotic. Our tool makes even the most complex submittal more simple and less chaotic. MAKE IT EASY. Author Cynthia Lord said, “Just this once, let it be easy.” (We’re pretty sure she was talking about submittals.) Okay. Request granted. Nobody wants to use a tool they can’t figure out. Some software tools are like an endless maze. You get in. You get lost. You get stuck. You waste time and money. This is not that tool. Everything about SUBMITTALSONLY.COM functions specifically to get you to say, “It really can’t be this easy!” If you say this, even once, we’ve succeeded. DO IT EFFICIENTLY. Efficiency promotes extra time. Extra time enables us to make more money. Making money is why we are all in business. As in any aspect of the construction industry, we want a better, quicker way to accomplish our goals. SUBMITTALSONLY.COM removes the obstacles that traditionally make submittals cumbersome (extra travel, print (and reprint) costs, down time waiting for responses, additional labor costs, the list goes on and on). OUR HISTORY. The minds and experience behind this idea have been creating and receiving submittal packages for 20+ years and trust us, we know the headaches. Sitting on both sides of the table has given us a unique perspective. This idea started because we knew there had to be a better way. We are big fans of technology. The dictionary defines “technology” as “the use of science in industry, engineering, etc., to invent useful things or to solve problems.” For us, the use of technology is the answer to creating a better way. We have created a useful tool and solved a BIG problem.
