We kindly request that oversized locks are not placed on the heart to ensure its preservation. We encourage everyone to keep making special memories at the "Locks of Love ". With a heavy heart, we must inform you that the iconic heart sculpture will be temporarily taken down for necessary repairs. We want to ensure that it continues to stand as a symbol of love and unity in its best condition. If you have placed a lock on the heart sculpture, we kindly request that you remove it by January 14,2024 . This will allow us to carry out the repairs effectively and ensure the safety of any personal belongings.
It will return refreshed, repaired and beautifully painted, ready for you to rekindle the tradition of placing your heartfelt locks upon it.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your ongoing support . Together, we will bring back the heart sculpture stronger than ever, continuing to spread love and joy throughout our community.

Congratulations to the two residence for winning the VIP tickets to the Dunedin Wine and Blues event sponsored by the Artisan Apartments . Below is a beautiful poem written by Tim on their wonderful night!

We put our number in the jar
And waited to hear the news
With luck we'd get to drink some wine
And listen to some blues

When we found out that we were picked
We shouted out with glee
It may have been the first time
We were officially VIP

They placed on us a wrist band
And said you're just in time
The music flowed right off the stage
The atmosphere was fine

Many bottles being poured
Lots of food devoured
Watching people outside the fence
Kinda felt empowered

Much thanks to Joe and Sally
And all at Artisan
For giving us the chance
To have a lot of fun

The festival it had a theme
It's one we didn't choose
We had so much fun that night
We couldn't get the blues.
