Our Story

Beautiful Salt Waterfront 3 bedroom/2 bath home on Green Pond in Falmouth Cape Cod. Enjoy gorgeous sunsets from the deck, or from your own private dock. Stunning water views to Martha's Vineyard, yet very private and peaceful on a 1/2 acre setting overlooking wildlife sanctuary. Bring your own boat and spend the days visiting Washburn Island, or cruise over to the Vineyard for lunch. *note (8 ft bridge) Kayaks come with the use of the house. The house is on 1/2 acre with lots of room for outdoor activities, Horseshoes and Bocce Ball available for use. Enjoy a bonfire by water in the Fire Pit area, ample seating provided. Fully appointed and spotless home with all the needed amenities. Linens, towels, beach chairs and beach toys are available for our guests to use. It’s close to the many beautiful Falmouth Beaches and the bike rail. Iconic Falmouth Village and Mashpee Commons are a short drive away, and just minutes to the ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard.
