The Hotel Montana in Lucerne. 5 star luxury with an amazing view. Their kitchen is open to the diners. We watched them prepare our meal.

Last day in Lucerne we went to Mount Pilatus 7000 feet above sea level. Gondola ride to the top!!! Unfortunately it was very snowy so the view wasn’t great. Lunch on the mountain was a traditional Swiss fondue served with Swiss hospitality.

Our 2nd day in Lucerne kept us out of the mountains. Started the day with a visit to the Hergiswil Glass Factory. We got to blow our own glass bulbs. Then we took a leisure lunch cruise on Lake Lucerne that ended at the Transportation Museum. What would a trip to Lucerne be without a visit to a few of the delicious chocolatiers in the town square?

Government, business, rural, and elderly travelers are at greater risk since they are required, or prefer, to book through an agency. LET'S MAKE THIS CLEAR,"PREFERRED CHANNELS" MEANS USING THE AA APP OR WEBSITE" THERE WILL BE NO PERSONAL TOUCH. SPEAKING TO A HUMAN WILL BE VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE!! AA clearly fears no regulatory or consumer response. Its new policy is being rushed despite well-documented technical issues, traveler complaints and industry objections. Travel agencies account for the sale of over $95 billion in airline tickets. Stop AA from disenfranchising customers who book through travel agencies by telling Congress now – Don’t let American Airlines eliminate consumer choice.
