Ya'll pack your patience tomorrow around the lake or just stay home.
Beginning Monday, August 12th, the Georgia Department of Transportation is scheduled to remove vegetation on SR 44 in Greene County. The work will occur along an 8-mile stretch of SR 44 between I-20 and the Greene/Putnam County line.

Lane and/or shoulder closures will be required as Georgia DOT maintenance crews perform this work. Flagging stations will be required. Drivers should expect delays as SR 44 becomes a one-lane road. This work is scheduled to happen between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m.

SO I just have to share a what I think is funny story, you guys be the judge. In case you didn't notice the Italian Bread mix is currently on sale for $4! (Item Number: 100522), I told Bob I was going to buy a few because HELLO!?! they are $4 and (here is the funny part) he said "your going to pay $4 for a loaf of bread?" I said WE do every week but this will be fresh! He said "I'm not going to spend $4 a loaf of bread!" I said "No? Because You most certainly are everytime we go to the grocery store." Remember Bob lost his eyesight 5 years ago, but he is with me E.V.E.R.Y.T.I.M.E. I complain about the price of bread! Men, sigh....I think he's getting old. 😎

It was a sad start to my day this morning. My new favorite day starter (my frother) quit working. :-( The good news is that the Pamper Chef customer service is amazing to work with and a replacement is on its way to me. They sent me a FedX mailing label so I can return mine and they can investigate why it stopped working and address any issues for everyone else! How cool is that?!? So it is back to a frothless morning cup for the next 5-7 days but I will definitely let you know when my new frother arrives, maybe it'll arrive with my NEW coffee maker!!
