Since 1997 RSAnalysis has been providing specialized and general testing of HVAC system components and systems with regard to temperature, humidity, outside air and pressurization. We provide an independent, certified report with recommendations for improvement (If applicable) on every project we’re involve with. As an independent Test and Balance company; it’s our business to understand mechanical/electrical systems as related to the HVAC industry and document their performance. RSAnalysis employs a team of highly qualified and certified Test and Balance Engineers and technicians along with a fully staffed CAD/Report department dedicated to developing project agenda’s and creating accurate project reports. At RSACx we define commissioning as: a systematic process for achieving, verifying, and documenting that the building systems are designed, installed and functionally tested. The detailed process of challenging systems to perform as designed under all specific modes of operation will ensure delivery of a facility that performs in accordance with project plans and specifications and the 0wners project requirements. In 2003 RSAnalysis became a certified, founding member of the ACG (AABC Commissioning Group). RSACx was started in 2009 as an independent commissioning company. Our three lead commissioning agents are LEED Accredited Professionals and have 96 years of combined experience with Test and Balance, Energy Management Systems and Mechanical/Electrical systems as related to the HVAC industry. The members of RSACx firmly believe the commissioning process is not only beneficial to the Owner and design team, but also to all contractors involved in the construction process. Fewer project delays, managed start up procedures, shorter turnover periods, and perhaps most important, less post occupancy corrective work make the commissioning process a valuable asset to all members of the project team. As independent commissioning agents; it’s our job to look out for our clients. Our team of professionals values our client relationships and work hard to do right by them. We believe in doing things the right way and have the ethics and knowledge to make sure all facets of a project meet the project requirements and our clients get the maximum value for their dollar.
