My finest mead is a Cherry Vanilla 3 year that started to explode not long after I bottled it. A friend split the batch and some o.f his exploded or at least popped a cork.. We grabbed the rest and threw them in the fridge. (Tim). Thailand gave me some new ideas. Time to make more mead as tonight I am into the last bottle and Cherry Vanilla will be the first made.! Hard to describe how good it is. The next one will have some oak on it.
