The 3-BR, 3.5-bath home is in a quiet community of mostly-retired people and is a wonderful place for friends or family to gather. There's golfing, fishing, biking, hiking, cycling, climbing, snowshoeing or just sitting and taking in the truly amazing view of Long's Peak and the Continental Divide from the deck or lower level patio. The kitchen is well-outfitted for those who enjoy cooking, or the

re are plenty of restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive. $375 a night mid-May through mid-October (plus Thanksgiving and Christmas), $200 a night the rest of the year.

We love the loop that starts at the Lumpy Ridge parking lot... Lumpy Ridge trail, turn right toward lower Twin Owls, then right again on the Gem Lake trail back to the parking lot. :)
