2 LAST MINUTE SPOTS AVAILABLE

We had a few retreat guests that can no longer make the retreat this week November 7-10. Join me this weekend for some fall crafting in the mountains. Invite a friend to join you or come solo. Any type of crafter is welcome. Female guests 18+ years welcome. This is a hosted retreat where meals, lodging and 4 ft crafting workstation provided. Cost is $250/person for a Thursday-Sunday stay and $200/person for Friday-Sunday. Payment must be made by Venmo or Zelle at time of registration to guarantee a spot. Cash or check payment will be accepted for last minute registrations received Wednesday or Thursday. Arrive as early as 12 p.m. on selected day of arrival and depart as late as 3 p.m. on Sunday.

Guests must be comfortable with stairs as sleeping rooms are located on the second floor of the home and crafting workshop is located on the second floor of the detached garage (electronic cargo lift available).

I want to publicly thank Robbie and her quilting group for gifting me this beautiful and personal quilt after their retreat last weekend. They have been long time guests at both our properties. It was so thoughtful and perfectly timed as my heart needed it. It made me cry when I opened the gift because I know the time, thoughtfulness and expense that went into such a work of art. I absolutely love it and will treasure it always! Thank you all so much from the bottom of my heart! ❤️❤️❤️

ONE WEEK LEFT to take advantage of the steep discounted price of $80 OFF all JANUARY 9-12, 2025 HOSTED RETREAT REGISTRATIONS. This discount applies only to Thursday-Sunday registrations received by 10/31/24 and payment must be made in full within 7 days or registering. Discounted price is $250 (normally $330). Payment can be made by check, Venmo (friend to friend) or Zelle. No credit card payments accepted for this discounted option.
There are 7 SPOTS LEFT. (Retreat is limited to 8 guests). Registration fee includes lodging, all meals and a minimum 4 ft crafting station. Guests may choose to upgrade to an 8 ft table space for $75 more. Arrive as early as 2 p.m. on Thursday and stay as late as 3 p.m. on Sunday.

Friday-Sunday stay option available for a $30 discount through 11/9/24 (normal early bird discount if registration received at least 2+ months in advance). Register for our January 9-12, 2025 hosted retreat between now and October 31st (or while spots last) and receive an $80 discount on a Thursday-Sunday registration (normally $330/person). This discount only applies to Thursday-Sunday registrations. No other discounts will be applied. To receive the $80 discount, the full registration fee of $250 must be submitted within a week of registering and only check and Venmo payments accepted for this steeply discounted option. Friday-Sunday registrations options are still available and only subject to our normal $30 early bird discount if registration received by November 9th.

This is an all-inclusive retreat (meals, lodging and 4 ft minimum crop space included). Guests do have an option to upgrade to an 8 ft table space for $75 more (upgraded tables are limited). UPDATE 10/2- I can make 2 spots available at the $225/person rate if anyone and a friend or family member would be interested in sharing the master bedroom (main floor, king bed, private bathroom). Otherwise a single individual registering for the original spot would be in a regular guest room with 3 others (twin beds).

If anyone is interested in attending and wanting to take the newly available spot, it is being offered at the discounted rate of $225 (normally $330). This is available on a first come basis. Due to the discounted price, only cash, check or Venmo payments accepted. Payment can be made upon arrival. This is a hosted retreat so all meals, lodging and 4 ft crafting space included in the fee. We also have a massage therapist coming on Friday and Saturday so you'll have an opportunity to sign up for that offering as well. Cost is $1,700 for a max of 10 people (pricing is $2,000 from Memorial weekend through third weekend of August -- July retreats are not allowed). All our 2024 remaining hosted retreats have been sold out for a while now. However, I was just contacted by a guest who can no longer attend the upcoming August 15-18, 2024 hosted retreat. If anyone is interested in this ONE spot, please contact me ASAP. I am offering the $30 early bird discount for this spot (normally only available for registrations received 2+ months in advance.)

- Attend Friday-Sunday for discounted rate of $225 OR Thursday-Sunday for $300. (Check, charge and Venmo accepted).
- All meals, lodging and 4' crafting space included (each station has OttLite, trash bin, cup holder and rolling desk chair)
- Arrive as early as 2 p.m. on selected day of arrival
- Depart as late as 3 p.m. on Sunday

We had a group recently have to cancel their August retreat. As a result, we now have August 22-25, 2024 currently available for a private retreat rental. Rental rate is $1600 (already includes taxes and cleaning fee) for a Thursday-Sunday private rental of the home for up to 10 crafters (limit to 7 cars). A $250 non-refundable deposit is due within 7 days of booking. The remaining rental balance is due by 8/8/24. Payment can be made by check, charge or Venmo. Arrive as early as 9 a.m. on Thursday and depart as late as 1 p.m. on Sunday.

We also have August 19-21, 2024 also available for private retreat rental at the discounted rate of $800. Arrive as early as 9 a.m. on Monday and depart as late as 1 p.m. on Wednesday. A $250 non-refundable deposit is due within 7 days of booking and the remaining rental balance is due 8/5/24. These dates are also limited to no more than 10 crafters (limit of 7 cars).
