Our weekly gratitude post this week is giving a very special thank you to the wonderful folks over at Agate Alley Bistro at 1461 E 19th Ave here in Eugene. They have been big fans of Gratitude beer since the beginning and have featured everything from IPAs and Pale Ales to Sours and Stouts. Huge shout out to the Alley. Go there now! Cheers!

Agate Alley Bistro is accepting resumes for an experienced kitchen wiz with flexible schedule to join our family. Every member of our kitchen staff is enthusiastic about food and strives to continually expand their culinary knowledge as well as encouraged to contribute their ideas and experience to our menu. AT LEAST one year experience would be a huge benefit. Initial responsibilities would include cooking on the line and closing. Agate Alley offers competitve compensation, consistent hours and advancement in a fun, eclectic kitchen. This is a part-time position with the likelihood of becoming full-time. As of Friday, February 26th, we enter the “high risk” category, and are once again allowed to seat indoors!

Seating will be limited and reservations are encouraged as always. If you’re not quite ready to dine indoors, let us know! We will still have plenty of tables outdoors that are heated and covered.

Our updated hours as of February 26th are Monday-Friday 11am-10pm, and Saturday & Sunday 9am-10pm.

A few specials of the evening include;

💌The Chefs Steak, an 8oz Coulotte smothered in a white cheddar mornay sauce, with roasted garlic mashed potatoes and charred broccolini.

💌The Ravishing Ravioli, stuffed with mushroom duxelle, carmelized onion, roasted garlic, parmesan, mozzarella and provolone. Topped with our house pesto cream sauce.

Good morning, Eugene!

As many of you are doing the same, we here at Agate Alley Bistro are patiently awaiting the go-ahead on Lane County’s acceptance into Phase 1 reopening. If approved this week, we will tentatively offer dine-in seating, along with continuing our take-out and curbside service, beginning Monday, May 18th. The wellbeing of our staff, guests, and entire community will be of utmost priority as we move forward. With that being said, we have created new policies to help ensure our collective safety.

•To continue compliance with 6ft social distancing, and to keep the flow of the building as safe as we can, we ask that you please enter through our side gate, and exit through our front door.

•Please wait to be seated at all times. Extra staff will be on hand to help guide guests to properly sanitized tables.

•Because of limited seating, we ask that you give us a call ahead in regards to parties of 6 or more. Per Phase 1 requirements, groups will be limited to parties of 10 or less.

•Wear a mask while waiting to be seated. This is not a requirement, but a recommendation and gesture of kindness and concern for others.

•Our new hours will be Monday-Friday 11am-10pm, and Saturday & Sunday 9am-10pm (brunch is back!). When looking to join us late night, please note all dine-in service is to be concluded by 10pm per Phase 1 requirements.

Anyone notice Cinco de Mayo falls on Taco Tuesday this year? We did!
