1-1 Design

One to One Design (1-1 Design) studio specializes in residential, commercial, interior, and urban design.

1-1 Design was opened in May of 2013 by owner and design director Ricky Tockes. Ricky returned to Peoria in 2010 from Milwaukee where he received his degree in architecture. Prior to attending school and working in Milwaukee, Ricky worked for two Peoria based architecture firms (PSA Dewberry,

and PCM+D). While in Milwaukee he was the lead designer (under the design director) of Flux Design. Once he returned to Central Illinois, he was a designer at AR&D before leaving to start 1-1 Design. He is also currently a senior design associate at DKA in Peoria. He has 14+ years of design and architecture experience. One to One is the term used for when the scale of a drawing exactly matches reality, which represents 1-1 Design's primary focus of working directly with clients in bringing ideas to actuality. One to One is also representative of the one on one service our clients receive throughout the entirety of the project.
