RATES:
$175 a night for 2 people.
$45 a night for each additional guest. Children under 3 stay at no charge.
There is a $50 cleaning fee and a $300 refundable damage deposit.

The vacation home is a private (yet less than 1 mile to a convenience store), beautiful, newly constructed (2017) log home with stunning 360 views of the Blue Ridge Mountains, gorgeous trails overlooking the Rockfish River. Very fun 2 hour kayaking trip included (We supply the Kayaks). Over 160 acres of woods, meadows, riverfront ponderosas, white tail deer, wild turkey, beaver, and fish. Walk or mountain bike down to the Rockfish River spanning 3/4 of a mile on the land.
The Log Home is a charming, modern cabin with a spacious open floor plan, large back deck, and covered front porch. Designed for a vacation rental, this cabin is made with highest quality materials from the logs all the way to the smallest details, from fine linens to durable kitchenware. The beds have brand new, high quality memory foam mattresses. Available for use is a propane grill, outdoor dining set with umbrella, a wood-burning chiminea, a camp-fire with 6 Adirondack chairs, Corn-Hole, kayaks and more. All furniture and appliances are brand new. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove and all linens are provided. There is a 44" TV(Roku), wireless internet, and a Bluetooth speaker for music.
