Baby BEAN update! The bean has sprouted! She is big and fat and enjoys romping around the puppy pen in Willow. She checks on the chickens every day and has learned to climb on top all the big doghouses 😍

Magic carpet ride at the Alaska Dog Mushers Association Gold Run this weekend. Such a privilege to run the second half of my parent’s race team as they train for the upcoming Open North American Championship in March. Siberian Huskies are pretty amazing 🤩

A dream came true for me today. I saw a LYNX !

“THEY’RE MOVING!!” So special to capture this moment our kid saw her first amazing northern lights show (Thank you 10pm auroras 🙏) Astoria’s excitement conveys the awe we all feel when the lights start dancing. The aurora is neither off nor on . Sometimes they ripple and dance and are green and purple to the naked eye, sometimes they are a faint white haze that looks green on a camera . You never know what you’re going to get … it’s part of the magic.
