Walking distance to upscale dining, casual restaurants, local bars, parks, and shopping. 5 minute walk to Mobile Bay and a 45 minute drive to the beautiful Gulf beaches. There aren't permanent tenants in this home. Just look for the gold BES on the front door! Our house is perfect for couples, solo adventures, families, or business travelers. Parties and events are not allowed. Bicycles can be rented for an additional charge.
