Anyone in Fairhope have a pear tree? Southern Exposure Bay House has a pear tree and this is the first year we figured out what to do with the pears. My sister, Hollie Kawka Tew, made some great fruit butter with the pears. She would like to make some more. Anyone have a pear tree that would let us have some pears? We will be glad to share some pear butter with you.

Southern Exposure Bay House followers... help us pick the best spot for a pool!

OPTION #1: Add a swim spa pool to an extension of the existing side deck of the house.

OPTION #2: Add a fiberglass inground pool in the yard in front of the existing game room.

Unfortunately, we can't put a pool in the area between the house and the bay because of the flood zone. It often floods with a storm or super high tides.

If we add the pool to the yard, we will also add a bathroom to the existing game room. @
