That Old Screen Door….

The old Screen door creaks and slams…Oh, What memories it would share if
It Could….
Childhood memories of my mother yelling “ Don’t be slamming the door every Minute” or “ Either you’re in or you’re out..Make up your mind”
All the people who passed through that door, friends and family who came to
Visit or share the Holidays…
As we grew older and we would come visit mom and dad, I remember them standing by that old door welcoming us when we arrived or waving goodbye to us when we would leave to go to our own homes…

That old Screen door has seen a lot through the years….and it Carries with it beautiful memories of our past…

Who Else LOVES the Smallest Post Office in the United States?!? 💖💯💝❤️🔥😲🤷🏻‍♂️
The smallest Post Office is located in a tiny shed on U.S. Route 41 in Collier County near Ochopee, Florida and is 61.3 square feet. It is located about 3 miles east of the intersection of US 41 (Tamiami Trail) and State Road 29. The building used to be a storage facility for irrigation pipes of an adjacent tomato farm. It was converted into a Post Office in 1953, after a fire that destroyed a previous Post Office and general store. 💝❤️💖

Authenticity alert: Every once in a while I wonder if our small business will make it. This is one of those times. We took a big risk a few months ago moving into a larger space, offering more to the community, and increasing our inventory.

Our traffic and sales over the past week have been close to nothing. We hear crickets it's so quiet. 😱

I look at my tea stash at home and wonder where I will go for tea if my shop goes out of business. (That's why I began this business to begin with... what we offer is so unique).

Totally opposite paintings …
Painted both of these yesterday playing around with my black light / glow in the dark paints . Can’t wait to put them under the light and see how it makes them pop ! These are just painted on a piece of old cardboard I had laying around . I was just playing but they both turned out so good now I wish I had used canvas 😂
