We are family…
This is who we are, the family behind the little green house on E Arctic that we call our happy place. The one many other families do too. We enjoy sharing it so others can make their own memories (and we love reading the guest book notes too!) We aren’t a big investment company but a family with 3 kids, lots of pets, grandparents, cousins, aunts, uncles and dear friends we call family.
And we want to say how grateful we are to you all for renting our home and for supporting the Folly Beach community.

If we could vote on the Short Term Rental Cap we would vote NO!

In 2013 our family life changed drastically for medical reasons and we changed direction, perspective and made some changes. It took everything we could do to make Surf n Turf ours. This old lady of a house was built in 1935 and needed A LOT of work (it’s still endless) and over time we fixed and repaired and spruced her up again as best we could. You all helped make that possible. We use local workforce and support the town whenever we can and know you all do too.

We look forward to another great year and welcome our returning guests and new ones too. Please remember to be respectful of Mother Ocean, the creatures who make this barrier island their habitat long before we ever did and the residents who live here all year. Let’s keep Folly Beach a happy place for all.
