Deer Hollow is a completely renovated, charming farmhouse located on 2+ acres overlooking a quiet cove on Eagle Mountain Lake. This is the lake property you've been looking for... be our guest and see for yourself. We have lovingly and thoughtfully restored this 1945 farmhouse for over 12 months. We invite you to enjoy the cozy, relaxing interior and the quiet, tranquil exterior. We fell in love w

ith this property because of the peaceful, natural setting. The grounds surrounding the property are purposely not overly manicured, as we prefer to preserve the natural grasses and growth for the native wildlife. We always love seeing the gorgeous deer that frequent the property. The lot is lakefront; however, it sits high above the water and the very rustic path down to the lake is steep and uneven. Deer Hollow's location is absolutely perfect for enjoying hiking, dining, shopping, and events on the west side of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Eagle Mountain Lake hiking trails are a short 6 minute drive. The Fort Worth Stockyards are just 30 minutes away, as is one of our favorite restaurants - Lonesome Dove Bistro. To the north, and just over 30 minutes away, is the Tanger Outlets offering great outlet shopping. Texas Motor Speedway is a 30-40 minute drive for our racing enthusiast friends. To the south, the Forth Worth Museum of Science & History is approximately 30 minutes and the Fort Worth Zoo is approximately 40 minutes away.
