The 9th Annual Albatross Old Smokey Throwdown cook-off returns this Saturday, July 16 in downtown Galveston.

This cook-off event is held at The Albatross at 21st and Ball Street, and is free to attend. Cook-off teams have registered and will be using an Old Smokey pit to compete in three categories: chicken wings, “anything bacon,” and vegetables.
