Friends, I wanted to share some updates about The Breeze Kneez.
We have recently undergone some changes. We have new property managers, Kyle and TeeJay, who have taken excellent care of our property for the last few months. We are very excited to have them on board! They have already taken us to new levels with their attention to detail - both to our property and our guests.
Unfortunately, not-so-good news always seems to accompany the positive...
We have had to close our previous Airbnb listing due to some administrative conflict with the former property manager/account owner's authorities. We tried our best to get it resolved, to no avail. We also lost all of our reviews from Airbnb, so we have to rebuild those. We worked hard for over a year and a half to earn our perfect five-star reviews, as well as "guest favorite" status on the platform. It stings a bit to have to start over, but it's also an opportunity to make things even more spectacular!
We have a new, identical listing for the property. We are working diligently to get it up and running to the public so that y'all can book with us.
