• The Peddler (Gatlinburg) they cut your steak at your table and they have a fantastic salad bar. Ask for seating by the river & call the day of your visit & utilize call a head seating they’ll give u an approx time to come.

• Cherokee (Cherokee NC) – Elk Herd can be usually seen around the Cherokee Welcome Center or over around Cherokee High School (Big Cove Road).

• Cades Cove
• Rich Mountain Road. A one way road located in Cades Cove.
• Gregory’s Cave (In Cades Cove) - Since you know about this cave in Cades Cove, you’re probably wondering how to find it. You’ll drive along the Loop until you reach the John Oliver cabin. Park your vehicle and find the dirt road that is blocked with metal bars to prevent vehicles from entering. You’ll walk along this road until you see two picnic tables on the right. Keep walking until you see trees with boxes on them on the right. Then you’ll see the rock cropping and the cave entrance.
• The Sinks (Waterfall) – This is between Gatlinburg and Cades Cove. (Old State Hwy 73 Scenic, Gatlinburg, TN 37738). This waterfall is short in stature, but its volume includes the entire flow of Little River. The parking area to view the falls is along Little River Road, 12 miles west of Sugarlands Visitor Center.
• Elkmont – From sugar lands visitor center drive towards Cades cove. Turn left into Elkmont. Just before entrance to campground turn left onto jakes creek. Drive until you see parking on the right. You can see the houses from there.
• Elkmont Troll Bridge - This unique spot spans a small creek a little ways off the Little River Trail. To get there, you’ll take a side trail on your right about 100 feet along the Little River Trail and walk through the forest until you spot the bridge. Just stay on the path parallel to the stone walls!
