She takes us through her morning workout at Libbie Hill Park! Her workout can also be done at home.
She performs a few sets up & down the stairs. (you can do sprints in your backyard if there are no stairs) See below for her circuit:

1. 7 sets of 15 squats
2. 7 sets 10 pushups
3. 7 sets of 10 in and outs
4. 7 sets of Russian twists
5. 7 sets of 5 knees to toes and then 5 jump squats

Greetings CryoRVA family! Due to the increased spreading & severity of COVID-19, we’ve decided to temporarily close our doors starting today, Sunday, March 29, 2020 through Thursday, April 23, 2020. Our goal is to safeguard the health of our team members as well as our customers.

For those of you that have memberships we’ll freeze your memberships until we reopen on April 23, 2020. If you’ve purchased a package of one our services, those can be used when we reopen as well. ❄❄❄❄❄❄❄❄❄❄❄❄❄❄❄❄
