After working in the mortgage industry for many years, I had decided I wanted to do something I was passionate about and something I thought would be fun. So in 2002, Ken had assisted me with going to Travel School, while I was working a full time position. We studied airline codes for hours, which I never thought I would memorize! Oh and the geography!! This was no small feat for someone who had been out of school for so long!

I graduated from Mann Travel School just a few weeks shy of the devastating day of 9-1-1 happening. I found it impossible to find my way into this new career I had worked so hard to achieve. The travel industry had changed so much and people looked at travel very differently from that day forward
