Due to a reschedule, we have an October opening from 10/19-10/26.

October is a great time to go because the weather is below 90 degrees, easier to get into restaurants, and it's more of a local, chill vibe. Best time for biking trails at Gulf State Park!

For those who don't have VRBO/AirBNB, I have provided a description of our place and the amenities we offer.

*Lani Kai is a low density, private complex in the heart of Gulf Shores. 2bd/ 2 ba unit with king beds in each room, and new 2024 queen sleeper sofa. Completely renovated in March2024 with new appliances, walk-in shower and new King beds.

With it's BUNGALOW VIBE it's the perfect oasis for relaxing! With easy access to the street with 1 flight of stairs. NO ELEVATOR WAIT!!

*Linens & towels provided.
*Turkish Beach towels for guest use during stay.
*Basic cooking essentials (oil, sugar, salt &pepper, Pam spray)
* Starter kit of toilet paper, dishwasher soap, and trash bags.
*Basic beach essentials- toys, bougie board, and 2 backpack chairs.

However, we are right next door to Ike's Beach Rentals if you possess a more luxury, or adventurous spirit for your stay. West Beach Coffee & Pier 33 are 1 block west. Snow bird friendly!

Directly on West Beach, and 5 minutes to The Hangout. Surrounded by palm trees, the condo complex has beach access on the front, wildlife lagoon in the back, with 2 pools in the center: 1 family, 1 adults only pool. After a day at the beach or pool, there are restaurants, bars, and shopping all-around so no need to drive. Just grab your Yeti or Stanley cup and find a happening spot. Remember, please no glass outside.

Hey to you new faces! I really appreciate our friends & family spreading the good reviews on our new family vacation home. We strive to create a modern, luxury place at the beach, but still feels like home.

I (Megan) do all the management myself because I don't want a huge management company being in charge of people I care about. I just don't think they have our best financial or friendly options in mind. I'm still learning as I go, and I'm SO HAPPY for those of you have stayed already.

Thank you to everyone for sharing and spreading the word about our beach condo. It's been a learning process from renovations, self-management, and software trainings. Thank you to a friend & follower who pointed out that our pricing algorithm wasn't syncing correctly.

Get ready for the ultimate vacation experience! Our little beach gem has transformed in just 2 months, complete with final touches and last-minute repairs before professional photos this weekend. We're going live on Airbnb this Wednesday!

To make it more memorable for our guests, our condo will include:

We are back at it again this weekend and we can see the light at the end of the tunnel. Kitchen, living room, both bedrooms, and spare bathroom are all finished. The only thing remaining is the master bathroom. During renovation our contractor found a wet sub floor from previous owner's DIY shower insert- so... we ripped it ALL OUT and a brand new, safe, and dry & sealed walk in shower is almost complete. I'm so exhausted, but this little dream of ours is almost ready.

Condo update #4- brand new SS appliances installed today, backsplash started, and MORE PAINTING! But Jasper was such a trooper all day that we celebrated the evening with VIP service at Tacky Jacks, Jurassic Glo golf, and his first Crumbl cookie.

Condo update #3. Final ceilings have been scraped, muddled, and patched & prepped. When it is completely dry, final painting can be done. This is the hardest & longest waiting part! Once paint is complete everything else can be put into place, furniture moved on, and final decorating can be done.

What are some things YOU wish beach condos had available or built-in to make a better vacation? From my own experience, I know I wanted to add a full length mirror and full-size hair dryer.

We have a progress update! Quartz counter tops were installed yesterday. Backsplash work has begun (Goodbye ugly brownstickers!) Tile floor torn up, and living room floor complete.

Slowly, but surely our piece of paradise is coming together ❤️. We hope to share with you soon.

Our place truly is only "steps away" from the beach. Door to sand is ~ 6 minutes. Quicker than an elevator ride.

Star is our place and just walk across the street. It's private access, so no parking except for the owners that live there. As our guests, you'll have armbands.

Get ready for the newest luxury condo in Gulf Shores! This is what the condo looked like when we got her. The bones are good, but we soon realized that 90% of the cosmetics were cheap & hastily put together to sell. Pictures are great, but so are filters and good lighting. Jonathan and I are completely renovating the space for maximum "WOW effect!"
