Hello to All! An Announcement!! After 10 years, as a Vacation Rental, ever striving to provide our wonderful Guests and Pet Guests with super clean, warm and welcome lodging. Our “Custom Welcome Center” info album as well as verbally available to play ‘Concierge. In our effort to keep our Guest’s costs simple, we stood behind OUR promise of service in our written agreement, eliminating our Guest’s paying for an additional “ Service Fee Promise.” Vacation dollars should be spent enjoying vacation. In our early start up years, after continually returning a security deposit of our own, we found quality, traveler’s destruction insurance the way to go. Unlike the costly “Service Fees.” We simply required our Guests purchase this insurance that even covered Pet Guests. For less than $100, our Guests provided us 3K to 5K of coverage. A win-win all around! However our rewards were far more than monetary. The good feeling, working to make SeaSide sparkle in anticipation of our Guests arrival. Keeping an eye out for fun, unique things for our Guests to discover in the house. A Guest Book filled in by many, with comments that will forever be cherished. Emails, calls, FB and forever friends! Some who fly in just to visit us! We feel our best and proudest reward was assisting 6 families move to our amazing town and surrounding communities. Some Guests had already researched the area. Some came for vacation, were so impressed, they went back to sell and returned to make us home! Whenever I had the chance, regarding our Guest’s reason to vacation here, I’d ask why and what did they like most? With the smallest exceptions, the reason was our sense of Neighborhood. Not a planned neighborhood. One that naturally has that ambience. However, time hasn’t made us younger. It’s finally time for us to vacation here. SeaSide may no longer be a Vacation Rental. From now on it’s a, year round home to good friends and in our lifetime, will never be sold. Someday, those decisions will belong to our children.
