This family farmhouse sits on 3 acres of peace and quiet. If you are looking for a home away from home this is the place for you. Amenities we provide are fireplace, private balconies, dish tv in four rooms, WiFi, commons

area, air condition, porch, kitchen and utility room. The basement has a game room with a ping pong table. Outside amenities are firepit, grill and sitting area.

I am cleaning today as we had guest leave and another family checking in. I thought I would share a picture of this heirloom piece we have in the one bedroom. It has been in the family for generations. I know today many would either throw it away or paint it. Not me, I think it is beautiful in it's original glory. Especially since it is in such good shape. I took the time to polish it today so it would shine. Love my antiques.

We haven't posted in awhile because it has been a busy fall and just not enough time. Today I am cleaning as we have a wedding at the barn this weekend. So excited! The last two weeks we have had hunters staying. The first group was from Alabama and this week from South Carolina. We love having them. As I was cleaning I happened to look out one of the bedroom patios and look at what was sitting at the top of the tree. It brought comfort to me and made my day. Now back to work.

It has been a while since we have given an update on the barn so thought I would share. Things are moving slowly but we are making progress even if it doesn't appear we are. Unfortunately life has gotten in the way. Between having things on backorder and working full time jobs there just doesn't seem to be enough time. During this project we have had tears of joy and tears of frustration. Sometimes it seems like we take one step forward and two steps back. But at the end of the day we count are Blessings and know that the finished product is within our reach.Thank you for all the encouragement. You have know idea how much that means to us.

Welcome to your home away from home. This beautiful farm home was built in 1921. As with any home over the years updates have been made. As you enter the front door you will find the original woodwork and unique pieces of furniture that tells you we cherish the history of this home. Our home offers many amenities: fireplace, balconies, dish tv, air conditioning, firepit, grill, rv hook up, porch and gazebo.

This farm home is situated on three acres. Many families have had the opportunity to gather and make memories on the farm. While on the farm kids and adults alike help take care of the goats and enjoy smores around the firepit. Things to see and do within a 30 mile radius of the farm are: Bike trail, golfing, swimming, boating, hiking, shopping, wineries, snowmobiling and camping.

Are you looking for a place to have a country wedding? Look no further. Rent the farm and you have a great venue.
