After a late morning departure from Las Vegas, our group heads for the Extraterrestrial Highway...a lonely stretch of road through the Nevada desert where UFO sightings are rumored to be commonplace. Our guests will first stop at the Alien Research Center then make the drive to the boundary of Area 51, where it will experience that certain sense of nervousness one gets when monitored through binoculars by the Men in Black atop the hill. All we have to say is, "Please obey the signs!" Afterwards we'll head to the Little A'Le'Inn, a bar cafe made famous by its appearance in the 2011 science-fiction movie, Paul. All will be invited to grab a bite to eat, view the movie memorabilia and shop for souvenirs. Our final stop at dusk will be the site of the infamous Black Mailbox for an evening tailgate party. Snacks will be provided as we ready our Celestron Nexstar SE8 for viewing of the planets and stellar bodies in a location where even the lights of Vegas can't dampen the stars. It's also a fantastic opportunity for our guests to watch the skies for UFO's while awaiting their turn to look through the telescope! After an early morning departure from Salt Lake City, our group heads for Grand Teton National Park to take in the natural beauty of Jenny and Jackson Lakes with their picturesque mountain backdrops. The group then makes its way to Jackson, Wyoming for dinner and an overnight stay. The following morning, our guests will begin to enjoy two days of the absolutely stunning sights which await them in Yellowstone National Park, breaking each night for rest and relaxation in West Yellowstone, Montana. On the final day, the group heads back to Salt Lake City by way of Caribou-Targhee National Forest for more wildlife viewing and a visit to Upper Mesa Falls. After an early morning departure from Las Vegas, our group heads for the South Rim of the Grand Canyon to take in the awe-inspiring views of one of our planet's Seven Natural Wonders! The group then makes its way to Page, Arizona for dinner and an overnight stay. The following morning, our guests board a Navajo ATV caravan that whisks them across tribal lands to the Upper Antelope Canyon. There, all will be dazzled by the beams of light that probe deeply into the canyon's interior. It's truly a photographer's dream and something to behold! Afterwards, our group heads to Horseshoe Bend for a brief exploratory hike to its viewpoint, prior to the return ride to Las Vegas. Please call to reserve a space or for further information.
