Gorgeous reclaimed pecky cypress from south Georgia. Beautiful setting for the sixty-five inch television and linear electric fireplace. House is almost finished. Outdoor furniture arrives Monday, February 26. Indoor furniture starts arriving Thursday, March 7. First guests arrive March 23.

Beautiful sunrise! Floors are almost finished! Cabinets will be installed in two weeks. Electricity is on. HVAC is working. Painters are puttying and caulking. Moving forward!

Electricity is on! Elevator is in and working! One of the gable windows is installed. The rear window is on site ready to be installed. Work on the pool is scheduled to start on November 10.

Layout sketches of each floor. If you rent directly from us, we will rent just the top (second) floor with two bedrooms, two and half bathrooms. You will have access to everything on the property except the first floor. It will be priced like a two bedroom oceanfront condo.

Picnic at Side Hustle Beer Company. Debbie rented our oceanfront condo for many years. When there was a mandatory evacuation for Hurricane Florence, Debbie did not want to drive back to Ohio and there were no hotel rooms inland. I invited her to stay with us in Augusta until she could return. She did and we have been friends ever since.
