Perfect time to book your Hilton Head Island South Carolina vacation. 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa located across the street from the island’s best beach and famous Tiki Hut bar. Best location in Hilton Head, as it’s a 3 minute walk to the many shops and restaurants at Coligny Plaza. Condo features a spacious 20 foot ceiling living room, cozy dining room area, a kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook meals, a large balcony that overlooks a lagoon, upgraded high speed WiFi, 4 TVs with cable, washer/dryer, beach/recreation amenities, and an underground parking garage with luggage carts and elevators which make unloading a snap. The condo is located in the Forest Beach Villas Complex and comes with free tennis and a wonderful pool for your enjoyment. The spacious master bedroom has a cathedral ceiling with a king-sized bed and direct balcony access. The master bath features a luxuriant stone shower and two sinks. The second bedroom is located upstairs and features two twin beds, and a twin trundle bed that can be pulled out for extra sleeping capacity. The third bedroom is also located upstairs and features a high end twin XL over queen bunk bed unit.
