Largest rental home on Hilton Head Island (sleeps 34). Just steps to the beach (the walkway is right in front of the house). Built for our use but happy for others to enjoy while we are not there. Large kitchen and dinning area (seating for all). Two large common areas with wet bars. All bedrooms have their own full bathrooms (except k

ids bunk room). One bedroom is handicap accessible. Private pool/spa (heated for a fee) in private backyard setting. Outside Tiki Bar, grill area and fire pit. Under the house is nicely set up for events and even includes a dance floor. Unique, not-box design makes this house warm and welcoming. Great for multigenerational family reunions, weddings, church and corporate retreats. Come experience the number 1 beach location on the east coast. If you have never been to Hilton Head Island, it is like nothing else. A true island, not a thin barrier island. Which means all the activities you need (dinning, shopping, entertainment) are right on the island. Also unique are the tall trees right up to the beach. The island has an excellent network of bike/walking paths and is one of the most popular activities (due to the type of sand you can even bike on the beach). The island is comprised of private resorts. This is located in the prestigious Palmetto Dunes Resort which has well known golf (3 of them) and tennis/pickleball facilities (all within 1-2 miles away). Walk along the beach for oceanfront food and drinks at The Dunes House or the Ocean Blu Cafe. “Travel + Leisure” has again named Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort on Hilton Head Island among the world’s best family-friendly resorts, and the highest-ranking South Carolina resort. Being at the beach for the holidays is a wonderful time and place to get family together. I have a last minute opening for Christmas if you are still looking for a place for the family to get away.

Just spend February 26th weekend at Bliss. Sunny and 75 degrees! HHI is a year round beach destination. Besides two weekends, 100% booked to September. Start planning early!
