It can comfortably sleep 5 people with a king bed in the master and a queen and twin bed in the guest room. It has a full-size washer/dryer, fully-equipped k

itchen, and perhaps most importantly a breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean. From the moment you walk into 2203 Island Club you can see directly out onto the beach and ocean. Unlike many properties that claim to be “oceanfront”, 2203 Island Club is true, direct oceanfront. Whether you are in the kitchen, sitting in the dining / living room, or in the master bedroom you can enjoy the breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and beach. Or, step out on the balcony to hear the waves, feel the ocean breeze, and watch dolphin swimming in the ocean. During the summer season, our villa is available for weekly rentals with a Saturday-to-Saturday stay required, while shorter / longer rentals are available in the off-season.
