I especially love Holden in the fall. It is warm enough to walk on the beach and do some shelling. Some people are even brave enough to do some boogie boarding!

minimum nights stay requirement reduced to 3 which is perfect for anyone looking for a long weekend at Holden Beach (Aug. 10-13). We have one week remaining for the prime summer season, 8/12 to 8/19. We blocked off the week prior for ourselvelves but have a conflict and can only stay for 1/2 the week. My favorite view is from the top floor deck looking over the marsh. Whether sipping morning coffee or an evening cocktail watching the sunset, it never disappoints. I decided to try the view flying from the ICW towards the house across the marsh.
