Effective July 8, 2021, there are three options to enter the State of Hawai‘i. Regardless of which option you choose, all travelers must create an account on the State of Hawaii’s Safe Travels website and complete the mandatory health questionnaire.

Options to enter the State of Hawai‘i:
1. Quarantine: Choose not to take a COVID-19 test prior to departure and complete the mandatory 10-day self-quarantine
2. Bypass quarantine by taking a pre-travel test
o The test must be from a state-approved testing provider.
o Test results must be received prior to flight departure and uploaded to Safe Travels prior to flight departure.
3. (Effective July 8, 2021) Those who have been fully vaccinated can bypass quarantine starting the 15th day after the completion of their vaccination.
