The Shack is Dry and unharmed by Milton and has power. no additional damage; roof is still in same shape as it was after Helene. AC intact and cooling. Drywall mitigation resumes Monday.

I think overall, we were pretty lucky after Helene. Going down for the clean up on Sunday. The worst part is the AC which was flipped. We will overcome this and be back to normal asap. Will update.

HELENE | 8 am update is in. Winds now 100 mph, pressure down another 6 mb. Helene is strengthening quickly based on that pressure drop. NNE motion. No change in track with this update.
