The community is a gated, age restricted community for adults age 55 and above. All the lots at Rancho Casa Blanca are individually owned by the members of the Association. The mix at present is approximately 85% park models and the balance is open lots for conventional motorhomes, trailers and fifth wheel trailers. Facilities include a 22,000 square foot main Clubhouse, a 10,500 square foot Clubh

ouse and 4 satellite facilities. The park boasts 6 swimming pools and an 18-hole par 3 golf course integrated into the park allowing for many golf course view lots. There is a 9 hole putting course, a putting green and a chipping green. There are over 50 ongoing clubs, classes and activities weekly and over 70 special events. RCB has a full time Activity Director in season. Many trips, tours, shopping expeditions, dances, dinners and parties are sponsored through the activities program. The finest Coachella Valley attractions are within easy driving distance.
