Charlotte’s Gift

I had never heard of 30A/Seacrest before we came here for spring break. We loved the family atmosphere and just how sweet the area was. The beaches and water were spectacular, the restaurants were exceptional, and the people were incredibly friendly. We loved it so much, that I decided to buy a house here. My mother, Charlotte, passed away several years ago. More than anything, she loved family get-togethers, especially family vacations.

I named the house after her, in honor of her life, her love for her family, and her gift to me. We have already made some incredible family memories here and I hope you enjoy this house and make very special memories of your own.
