Celebrating with our client from Jamaica!! His I130 was approved 18th June while his I485 was approved on the 15th June.

Package was submitted back in September, without the medical and limited evidence for the I130 since this was a newly married couple. So after 2 RFEs, the cases were finally approved.

Celebrating with our client on the approval of her work permit. She has been in the US over 18 years and undocumented!! Contacted us since March of 2022. We waited until she was ready and we helped her prepare her adjustment of status package.

The executive action is expected to protect undocumented spouses of U.S. citizens from deportation and allow them to work legally in the country. An announcement could come as early as next week.

Congratulations to our very own Gabby (our daughter)!!! Today she had her interview and was sworn in today as well. We are proud of her and wish her continued success.

Cool thing that happened today is that Gabby had her interview on the same day as one of our clients. She also passed her test but she will be sworn in another day.

We had an opportunity to be part of the ceremony and it was quite an experience. 30 new citizens were sworn in today including Gabby. We wish them all the very best!.

Our client just received her 10 year green card. This was a referral with some hiccups. Sponsor did not want to provide tax returns, case got denied. They had to refile the I-485 with the tax returns as required. Filed November 2023 and received the 10 yrs card today. Congratulations!!!

Brief update. This was an adjustment of status case. I have been working with this couple for almost 2 years. We finally got everything together as per checklist and mailed off the package. They are quite pleased with the progress thus far. Client's biometrics is scheduled for April 11th.

Our most popular service is the Adjustment of Status package (AOS). Previously it would cost $1,760 to file all related forms. With the price increase it will now cost
$ 3005!! Clients can choose which additional forms they would like to file when they are submitting their AOS forms (main forms would be the I-130 + I-485).
