"Was just like the photos, quiet, and comfortable. If you are looking for a nice, clean, relaxing place then this is a good choice. We were in Ithaca for a 3-day college swim meet and the location was perfect for us. We were close to the college campus and there were many restaurants available within a 10-minute drive. We never charge a cleaning fee. We feel our bookings should be similar to a hotel price where the cleaning in already calculated in the list price. We also don’t charge resort fees. 😂
