DeAngelo is one of our newest team members at our East Colonial location in Orlando. Previously he was a substitute teacher for Orange County Public Schools. After teaching for a year he’s decided to join the Johnny Clean Team. DeAngelo believes that his time as an educator will enhance the Johnny Clean Experience by being attentive with each customer as he was attentive and cared for each student.

In October 2019, Will Franken’s Johnny Clean journey began when he applied for a part-time vacuum concierge position at Johnny Clean Car Wash in Jacksonville, FL, while concurrently pursuing his college education. Embraced by a new company that emphasized its commitment to building a company that people love, Will quickly discovered shared core values with Johnny Clean regarding the enhancement of customer experiences.

Over the next year and a half Will was frequently promoted, from vacuum concierge to loader, from loader to customer sales associate, and from customer sales associate to supervisor. In May 2021, an unexpected opportunity arose for Will to step into the role of Operations Manager. Despite still being on the path to completing his degree in business marketing, Will made the challenging decision to accept the position, solidifying himself as an integral part of the Johnny Clean leadership team.

Over the course of three months in the Operations Manager role, an opportunity emerged, presenting Will with a unique proposition that hadn't been apparent when he initially joined the company in 2019. Will was asked to relocate to a new location in West Palm Beach, FL, where he would undergo training under the guidance of the current General Manager. The ultimate goal was for Will to assume the role of General Manager for that location within a year. After a dedicated year of learning the intricacies of the Johnny Clean General Manager's responsibilities and duties, displaying an amazing sense of customer service and hospitality, and complete knowledge of the car wash equipment, Will achieved the milestone of being promoted to the position of General Manager at the West Palm Beach location. This unexpected journey has allowed Will to contribute significantly to the growth and success of Johnny Clean Carwash.

Sam, a standout member of the Johnny Clean team, has consistently exhibited exceptional dedication and skill in her roles, greatly contributing to the company's success. Initially joining as a Customer Service Advisor at Legacy Brand Express Car Wash, Sam quickly distinguished herself through her customer service and leadership qualities. Recognized for her potential, she was soon chosen to join the Johnny Clean team as a Supervisor.

In her new role at Johnny Clean, Sam's eagerness to thoroughly understand the car wash business and her commitment to creating memorable customer experiences became evident. She demonstrated exceptional dedication to her team, consistently supporting and encouraging them to achieve their goals. Sam's efforts were influential in setting her team up for success.

After seven months at Johnny Clean, Sam transitioned to the Support Center as a Training and Development Specialist. In this role, she has been devoted to developing high-level training programs, enhancing the skill set of team members across various roles including Loaders, Customer Service Advisors, Vacuum Concierges, Supervisors & Managers. Under her guidance, the team member’s experience has continually evolved and improved.

Throughout her tenure at the Support Center, spanning over two years, Sam has been pivotal in advancing the quality of training and development for team members and in return has elevated the customer experience as well, allowing Johnny Clean to provide a planned experience for each and every customer. Her contributions have not only evolved the team member experience but have also played a key role in advancing the overall success of Johnny Clean. Sam's journey with the company is a testament to her unwavering commitment to excellence and her significant impact on both team members and customers alike.
