The living area features a comfy couch and over sized chair. Kitchen features stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, Toaster oven, coffee maker. The master bedroom airy and ample has a Queen bed with plenty of closet and storage space. This charming unit also features an enclosed, aired sunroom with a Trundle bed which can be two twins or a king sized bed, washer & dryer, Smart TV and comfy sitting area. The large Paved patio has an umbrella covered patio table and chairs, were you can enjoy your favorite grilled goodies in a gas grill which is also included.
Included: cable, internet (WIFI), TV , towels, linens, beach chairs and beach umbrella, fully stocked kitchen (cookware, plates, cups, wine glasses, utensils, pots, pans, all brand new).
This private and relaxing unit is located at walking distance from: general store , restaurant, harbor/marina, hair salon, club house and mini golf and has a partial water view.
Nettles Island is a unique 24/7 manned security gated resort community located in Jensen Beach in an area known as the the Treasure Coast. The resort has a private beach with a large heated swimming pool, restrooms, showers and snack bar. Off the beach, there is another clubhouse featuring, another large heated swimming pool, hot tub, exercise room, game room with pool table and ping pong, miniature gold, basketball, racquetball/handball tennis courts, shuffleboards, horseshoes and a snack bar/cafeteria. The island also has a boat launching ramp, fishing pier and a dog walking area that has beautiful water views.
