Poconos Lakeview: Large Enough for the Whole Family.
Me and my husband purchased this home December 2018. It has always been our dream to own a home in the Poconos. We love the small community, living near the lake, with so many amenities in the surrounding areas. We have been working very hard to make it feel like home for everyone. Major renovations completed Spring of 2019 with more coming in the Spring of 2020!
You will love this recently renovated 5 Bedroom spacious home, with 3 separate living quarters. Relax in the sauna, enjoy the outdoor fire pit, indoor gas fireplace, pool table, basketball court and huge driveway for plenty of parking. It boasts a large great room completed with barn wood, 3 full baths, 5 TVs, 1 Samsung 55' Smart TV 4K with TIVO and 4 TV's with cable. House is equipped with new air and heating mini split system and sauna in MB. Brand new King Memory Foam Mattress in the master bedroom, brand-new Queen Mattress in both 3rd floor bedrooms, brand new double mattress in 1st floor bedroom.
This lake view house is situated in the non-gated community of Bear Creek Lakes, near Jim Thorpe and Lake Harmony - Game room/WIFI/cable/wet bar/pool table, outdoor firepit and much more. Community has a lake with 2 beaches, pool, tennis courts, basketball court and a serene surrounding for quiet walks. House is situated on over an acre of open grass and huge driveway to play basketball, soccer and much more while grilling with the family. In addition to the "Great Room" (with vaulted ceilings) and family room, the house has a heated sunroom and is perfect for multiple families. Other features include whirlpool bath tub, wet bar, pool table, foosball, dartboard, piano, outside basketball court, wraparound deck w/ grill and picnic table.
First Level is composed of a Large Family Room with wet bar, pool table, foosball, rod hockey, dartboard, in addition to a TV area (sofa and lounge chair) and a slate bar table.
