Let me tell you about character

I sprained my calf muscle really badly Tuesday night. It really hurt. I Wasn't sure if I would be able to meet my obligations to my clients on Wednesday morning let alone the rest of the week. The guy who works with me, Joe Richards, stepped up to the plate without even being asked. He handled most of the workload, hauled stuff around for me, and made sure I had what I needed to be as comfortable as possible while we were working.

I hear a lot of negative comments in the world about the current group of young adults in the world. This young man is in his mid-twenties, has a really solid work ethic, and cares about people. You either have it or you don't and he has it.

Thanks for everything you did Joe. You are world class.
